A few tips from our own experience

Treadmills have a 100-minute max per session, that’s about 2.5 to 3.5 miles depending on speed. Just 2,000 steps equal about 1 mile at the average stride of 2.1 to 2.5 mph.

Our recommendation…pay attention to your body and how you feel. Walk with Me is only a way to help you introduce a walking habit in a manner that feels natural, and in line with the things you're already doing.

Stay Hydrated, try to keep your neck in a good position when using electronic devices and wear comfortable shoes. This will ensure that you keep moving toward your goals for a better life.
