A few tips from our own experience

Try to make it a part of something you already do every day, like checking your email, or social media accounts, reading something of your interest, research, homework, you name it. Walk with Me is only a way to help you introduce a walking routine in a manner that feels natural, and in line with the things you're already doing, the things you love and enjoy.

Just 2,000 steps equal about 1 mile at the average stride of 2.1 to 2.5 mph. Time passes by so quickly, that you can easily walk for miles and feel good about what you’ve accomplished, making a 2-mile goal feel like a "walk in the park"; therefore, at the beginning, keeping walking sessions under an hour and staying at a comfortable speed, will ensure that you stay in your healthier habit. As you get used to it, it will become easier and easier to increase the speed, but even going at two mph will make a difference in how you feel throughout the day.

For what we’ve noticed, treadmills have a 100-minute max per session, that’s about 2.5 to 3.5 miles depending on speed. Our recommendation, pay attention to your body and how you feel. Stay Hydrated, try to keep your neck in a good position when using electronic devices and wear comfortable shoes.
